By using any Radiance Infotech product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All intellectual property rights in our software, documentation, and website content — including but not limited to source code, algorithms, designs, and trademarks — remain the exclusive property of Radiance Infotech. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radiance Infotech's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. This limitation applies regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not warrant that our software will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted services (as specified in SLA terms).
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Radiance Infotech may terminate immediately if you:
Upon termination, your licence to use the software ends immediately. We will provide you with a data export within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through negotiation or mediation before litigation.
